The George C. Marshall Research Library in Lexington, Virginia announces research and writing opportunities in Twentieth Century (1898-1960) diplomatic and military history or political affairs.

Graduate School Workshop — September 16

Dr. Nabil Al-Tikriti, Dr. Jess Rigelhaupt, and Gary Johnson (Director of Career Services) will host a special workshop on graduate schools on Wednesday, September 16 (6-7pm) in the Red Room of the Woodard Campus Center. This workshop is intended for all interested majors, as well as all students in the social sciences. If you’re interested in attending graduate school after college, this event is for you! Everything from researching graduate programs to taking the GREs will be covered and the workshop will have a Q&A component. Also, refreshments will be served!

The following is a list of workshops offered by the Office of Career Services for the Fall 2009 semester.

Student organizations/clubs/RAs: please call in advance (at least one week) if you wish to schedule a special workshop.

Space is limited, so you must sign up for all workshops (excluding the fairs). Please register for workshops through your personal student account on eRecruiting or call 654-1022 to sign up and receive location information. If you require special accommodations to attend a workshop, please call the Office of Career Services five working days prior to the scheduled date.
